Field Service

BioGenex Field Service is a division of Technical Support. BioGenex offers on-site system repair and maintenance services. BioGenex field service engineers are near major metropolitan areas in the continental U.S.A., and are dedicated to servicing our domestic customers.

Should you experience a system failure, please contact Technical Support to arrange for dispatch of your field service engineer.

BioGenex also offers the option to purchase Service and Maintenance Agreements for your BioGenex system. Please contact Technical Support or your Sales Representative (links to Sales) for details.
