Ordering Information
In the U.S.A., orders may be placed directly with BioGenex Laboratories, Inc. via telephone, fax, e-mail, or postal mail. To streamline the ordering process, please include the following information on your purchase order or correspondence:
- Purchase Order Number
- Customer Number
- Contact Information (name, tel/fax number, e-mail address)
- Shipping Address (please do not use P.O. Box number)
- Billing Address (if different from shipping address)
- Product Catalog number, description and quantity
- Special shipping instructions
- Credit card number and expiration date (if applicable)
- Requested delivery date and any special instructions

Credit Terms
BioGenex credit terms are net 30 days upon approval.
Overdue accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum)
Order Confirmation
To avoid shipment duplication, please indicate in bold “CONFIRMING ORDER - PLEASE DO NOT SHIP” on your order.
Conditions of Sale
- All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars, exclusive of State and County Tax, where applicable.
- If an order is not taxable, a tax exemption certificate must be on file
- Products and prices are subject to change without notice

Shipping
- Freight and handling charges are prepaid and will be added to the invoice.
- Reagent orders received by 11 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday, will generally be shipped the same day via UPS Standard Next Day.
- Orders received Thursday afternoon and Friday will generally be shipped the following Monday, unless otherwise requested.
Payment
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. You may choose the following methods of payment:
- Wire Transfer
- Check, drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to
“BioGenex Laboratories, Inc.”
- MasterCard
- Visa
Returns
Return Policy
- BioGenex reagents are covered by the following Quality Assurance policy: “If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our reagents, you may return them to us for a refund or replacement, at our option.”
- Returns will only be accepted with BioGenex return authorization identification. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- BioGenex’s liability is limited to a refund or replacement, at BioGenex’s option.
- Returns not caused by unsatisfactory product performance must be made within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 30% processing fee.
Return Process
- Please contact BioGenex Customer Service for assistance in returning any product
at: 1-800-421-4129, Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time or via e-mail at: customer.service@biogenex.com.
- BioGenex will issue a return material authorization number (RMA).
- For items returned due to the manufacturer’s fault, BioGenex will pay for shipment, providing the customer with BioGenex’s carrier information.
Fast Delivery
Priority 1 and Saturday delivery options are also available upon request. An extra charge may apply.
