| DNA/RNA Synthesis Labeling Reagents |

BioGenex provides a series of Labeling Reagents (US Patent 6,130,323), which can be used for labeling DNA, RNA or Oligonucleotides. Each Labeling Reagent possesses a rigid cyclohexane ring (CX-Backbone) in its molecule, which keeps the signal reporter group out of the hybridized oligonucleotide chain. In most cases, these Labeling Reagents offer a higher coupling efficiency, higher detection sensitivity and hybridization efficiency. 
The novel labeled phosphoramidite reagents link several reporter groups (such as Fluorescein dye and its derivatives, Biotin, Aminolinker, etc.) to the 5' end and/or internal positions of an oligonucleotide.
The labeled CPG support reagents can link reporter groups (such as Fluorescein dye and its derivatives, Biotin, Aminolinker, etc.) to the 3' end of an oligonucleotide.
