LEARN N GROW NURTURE 'GEN-NEX' Nurture 'Gen-Nex' is a Learning and Growth initiative at BioGenex derived from Employee's Career Aspirations, Individual Development Plans and the Business needs which aim not only at bridging the gaps in competency and behavioral framework but also prepares our employees for 'Next Generation'. Business critical and individual specific needs are identified every year and a training plan is drawn up. CAREER PATH At BioGenex, we reward excellence through programs that reflect the value you bring to the organization which not only include skill development and pay raises but also career growth through the organization. Growth can be both horizontal and vertical. Apart from this, we also have programs that facilitate your growth into diametrically opposite domains too - if you really have the 'in-thing' in you. For this we use a tool named 'My Growth Plan'. Here an employee assumes responsibility for his/her own career, identifies the competencies that indicate strength/ areas for development, discusses it with the manager and finally chalks the roadmap for the future career path.
