Anti-Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) for Brain Tumor Diagnosis

BioGenex presents Anti-Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) antibody for Brain tumor diagnosis. Thyrotrophs produce thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). TSH is a 28 kD glycoprotein that contains 201 amino acid residues and is composed of alpha and beta subunits. The alpha sub-unit (MW 13kD) is immunologically similar to the alpha sub-unit of the other anterior pituitary hormones..
The beta sub-unit is unique to TSH and is responsible for the specific biological activity of TSH. To identify thyrotrophs without cross-reactivity with gonadotrophs, antibodies directed to the TSH beta sub-unit must be used.
BioGenex offers ready-to-use (RTU) & concentrated forms of antibodies for both manual & automated systems which are best-in-class for clinicopathological diagnosis & drug discovery. It enables pathologists & clinicians to precisely diagnose and improve life expectancy.
